About Incompetech
Incompetech isn't really a company.
It was started by me, Kevin MacLeod up in Green Bay , Wisconsin in March
of 1996.
Incompetech was a joke.
The thing has gotten a little out of hand, and is almost an industry now.
The site tends to change focus every few years as my interests change.
Right now, I am using it primarily to get composition jobs, and distribute music I've done.
Yes you can link to any document in this site you want to.
Yes you can use Incompetech as a source in your term paper.
Yes you can ask us questions about the material presented here -
most of the material has been highly researched, and only a small
portion of that research makes its way onto a page.
No you cannot take the information presented here and
publish it elsewhere
(conventionally or electronically) without asking.
