This license grants

Company:

the right (though not the requirement) to use Royalty Free music distributed at incompetech.com on any single phone system install (which may service multiple companies or entities) or on multiple phone systems which all service the same company.

incompetech.com is not responsible for convertion of the audio file into a format that is compatible with licensee's phone system.

There is no limit to the number of different pieces which can be used. There is no limit to the number of changes made with regard to the pieces on the phone system. This license covers all currently available music, and all "Royalty-Free" music that will be distributed from incompetech.com in the future.

This is a one-time non-transferable perpetual license.
