These limited rights shall include use, modification, and unlimited Public Performance of the music at a single retail, restaurant or similar physical location. These limited rights shall extend for an effective period of 10 years from the effective date listed below.

These limited rights shall not include the direct sale of any music scores by themselves or any other form of distribution not previously listed in this agreement.
