You don't need to be an author or journalist for some giant news agency to tell people about incompetech.

Number 2) Money!
Yes, everyone likes money. I'm no exception.
Good: Send me an Amazon.com gift card. Many people have problems using PayPal, and can't write a check due to currency conversion problems. Since I spend most of my online dollars at amazon - this will always be welcome!
Also Good: Buy stuff at Amazon. If you were going to buy something at Amazon.com, come to this page first! Search for what you want, and buy it through my affiliate... thingee. I get a few percent of the purchase price. It is like sending me a gift card!
Also Good: Buy me food/hand me cash. If you're in NYC - why not invite me out for food or drinks! Everyone needs to eat. I usually do this daily. Plus we can hang out and discuss all manner of creative endeavors.
Better: Send a check in US Dollars. Money orders don't work as well as you would imagine, but personal checks are great if you're in the US. It might take me a month or two to deposit the check, but please do send to:

You can do this with PayPal, or with Chase Bank's QuickPay feature.

You do not need to join PayPal to donate. All you need is a credit card, or a checking account!
Click on the "Invoicing and Quickpay" sub-tab thing.
Click "Send Money" button.
If you donate a couple hundred dollars or more, I'll send you a "Certificate of Awesome" suitable for framing (assuming I have your address).
Number 3) Jobs!
Good: Name Drop. So if you're hanging out with movie people, mention that you know this really cool and competent composer named Kevin MacLeod. He's super easy to work with and has rescued many of your productions from certain failure.
Better: Refer a director or producer or music consultant or advertizing agency to me.
Best: Hire me!
I produce high quality music quickly and inexpensively.
I also can put up drywall slowly and expensively... if you're close by, and you have a pile of drywall sitting there.
Number 4) Time!
Sometimes I get ideas that I need other people to help me out with... right now I need help with the following:
3d Designers (Google Sketchup)
These will change from time to time... check back!
