You know the type… you’ve just completed a big action sequence, and your main characters are talking in quiet voices about what all happened, and what it all means, and what’s next… and you get THIS kind of music in the background as a stark contrast to the heavy brass and percussion of the previous scenes.
You can also listen to these on their own… they generally are simple constructions with complexity coming from the extended and thin chords.
