For the last few days, I’ve been having problems with some very aggressive search engine robots from Yandex. It looks like a Russian search engine, and while I would like to be listed, my site can’t take the hit of hundreds of requests a second that they were sending at me… looks like many many many requests for the same audio files over and over again.
If you had issues with this site over the last couple of days – it should be all fixed now!
Yesterday, I was informed through Adsense policy that this site contains sensitive material.
Google does not allow the monetization of content that may be sensitive, tragic, or hurtful. While we believe strongly in the freedom of expression and offer broad access to content across the Web without censoring search results, we reserve the right to

If anyone was hurt by insensitive or hurtful use of logarithmic graph paper, I apologize. That was never my intention.

I understand some types of graph paper may be difficult to talk about, but ignoring logarithmic graph paper will not make logarithmic graph paper magically go away.

October 7th Update: The manual review was a success! Logarithmic Graph Paper is no longer deemed sensitive or hurtful!
It is now classified as “content-free”. So, same result – better classification!
I got a notice that I can’t host copyrighted material on this site, as it is against the Adsense terms of service.
The problem is; it is MY material. The only “help” available tells me to bring my site in compliance.
So… if you’re from Adsense – please help me out in resolving this issue. I do not want to change ad networks, and (I hope) you do not want me to leave!

Well, I do have the necessary legal rights – but I can not find a way to resolve this claim. The Adsense help tells me only to “remove the violating content”.

Sort of a cooler, driving piece. Lots of space in this piece to make it your own. I don’t mean “make it your own” in that sort of way you do where you mark all the pancakes on your plate with your signature so you can tell if someone switched out your pancakes while you weren’t looking. Honestly that’s pretty weird.Who could possibly want to switch out your pancakes? I mean – who thinks like that? Technically speaking, I think this one is in 6/8 time… in which case, the tempo it 75. If it was notated in 3/4 time, the tempo would be 225 bpm. This piece took almost exactly one year to go from initial idea to produced piece. What was I doing for a whole year!? I mean… it doesn’t exactly sound that difficult.
