And the best Top 5 list: The Top Five Strangest Movie Job Titles.
My personal favorite is number 4. I wouldn’t want the job, but I like the idea.

epic tuba movies

The title of this post should have semicolons. All words are unrelated.
Brightly Fancy. This was started as a tuba exercise. You’ll notice that it has no tuba in it anymore. Sometimes they just get away from me. Good mix, though. Fun for show intros, easy to talk over. Adds energy.

Another top five list!

They seem to cause a lot of homicides.

Movies

Forst off, a blazingly amazing Top 5 Movies that were Secretly Based on Comics!

Next, a great pickup from Eric who emails me…
Hi Kevin!
Betsy and I saw “Hugo” on Friday and I was stunned – during the Meliès film back story montage your piece plays and you are credited in the end titles.
Did you know? I didn’t see anything about it on your site.
Yes, I did know that. But I haven’t seen it, so I wasn’t sure how promenant the music was.
It must have been at least clear enough for someone to identify.

I do have six more pieces of music to post soon – not sure when I’ll get to it.
Happy December Everyone!

Guerilla Improv Comedy

A favorite

One of my favorite scores has just been reposted to Youtube in its entirety.

“Luke’s Kitchen” – now in high-def awesome.

Yes, it is a documentary.

Stuff you Need

Hit the Streets
Hit the Streets v2
You know that kind of music that fills in the bits where you follow someone around?
Like if they’re running out onto the street to buy watermelons…
or if they’re collecting buttons for a… shirt…
or if they’re diffusing a bomb…
You get the idea. Little dialog, heavy on action – but not super ninja action… just like… running errands action.
